hello fc my son's age 3 y11 m. he is suffering from fever frequently from last 5 month for every 10 days. every time body temperature was 103 degree. we are giving paracetamol and antibiotics. after giving paracetamol temparature decreases again after 6 hours body temperature raised to 103. this process repeated from 1 week. all normal in CBP typhoid and dengue tests. please suggestions for my child treatment

Fever is a reaction of the body to different pyrogens released during any Infection. Usually temp more than 99 F is taken as fever .
Mostly in children fever is because of viral infections like flu or RSV where the fever is there for 4-5 days but may persist even upto 2 weeks .
Initially antipyretic like paracetamol is given in a dose of 15 mg / kg/ dose. Can be repeated after 4-6 hrs if needed .other medicine like mefenamic acid ibuprofen can also be given .
Lukewarm sgponge bath cagn be given as home remedy to decrease fever. 
Addequate fluid intake is also beneficial. 
Urine output monitoring is necessary to avoid dehydration .
