Hello,experts,my son is having fever ups down since yesterday.fever goes away after having paracetamol syrup,and fever comes back again after 5-6hrs...what to do.and why does it's happening?

A. that can be viral fever, keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. give, adequate fluids
