Mera baby abhi 2 months ka hai .. but wo jab 1 month ka tha, to wo sota nh tha raat ko toh mummy ne kaha Tera milk sufficient nh h, toh 2-3 bar formula Milk diya tha, abhi wo exclusively breastfeed pe hai, sufficient hota h . I am taking shatavari, oats, meethi, jeera , ajwain water .
Sab bol rahe hai atleast 6 months Tak dhund aana chahiye

So m worried ki meri baby ko milk sufficient hoga kya? Uska requirement abhi badte jayega toh

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. If baby is passing urine 8-10 times in a day then the baby is getting enough breast milk. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk.
