Hello everyone my son is 9 months old and I have a lot of back pain and now it has become worse what should I do

A. Try physiotherapy.

A. hi look ,back pain after delivery is common problem but mostly it is caused by epidural labour , bad posture , lack of nutrients so please take calcium suppliments as per your doctor's suggestions maintain good posture take atleast 20 minutes sunlight on daily basis
