Hello everyone My Daughter urin test result is colony count 10^5 cfu/ml.what its meaning ,is this serious??

A. yes urine infection in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection in the child for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done. kindly give plenty of fluids to drink to the child and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor at the earliest

Q. Hi, My son was diagnosed with Urinary Track infection 10 days back and the count was 105 CFU/ML. Doctor suggested Ofloux Oz syrup and one more digestive enzymes syrup for 2 weeks . After completing medication for 2 weeks , we underwent the same UTI test today to know whether the infection is reduced or not ? Surprisingly the report says same 105 CFU/ML count . Is it normal to have the same count even after medication . My son stopped complaining about stomach pain and he is doing fine after using medication. Could someone please guide us ?
