I am 31 weeks pregnant,in my recent urine culture e-coli bacteria isolated in culture and colony count >10^5 cfu/ml.Does it indicate any infection?

A. definitely you are having infection in the urine you have to take proper treatment since you are already in last trimester of pregnancy take good quantity of water other fluids to avoid concentrated urine
