Hello everyone My baby is 4 weeks old and I have overactive letdown due to which my baby cries at the breast and often vomits. Need advices on how to manage this. I have tried laid back and side sleeping position breastfeeding but it’s not helping

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Latch your baby, well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while your breastfeeding. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
