hello everyone... my 13 months old baby girl is refusing every food from 4 days... she is not taking any food... only breastfeeding but in limit... what should I do... plz suggest

Teething could be happening with your child and probably which is why your child may be behaving like this at refusing to eat whatever so other than breastfeeding look for other healthy liquid diet that you can offer which is what is going to be good enough for the child as of now
