Hello everyone....as I m 31 yr.old....and my weight is 63 kg....according to my height i.e 5'6" so it is normal or I m overweight...

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom you are approximately fine not an issue about it , have healthy diet and prefer home cooked foods more and avoid too much of sugary , refined and processed foods be involved in some form of physical activity as well
