hello dr yesterday i got fever today my baby also got fever she is 12months old can i give breast milk can you please suggest what type of food is good during fever mrng we went hospital but he did not suggest any food which fruits can i give now

Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe
