Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby will be gaining around 20 to 25 grams per day in first 3 months of age so you can add the birth weight of the baby according to age of the baby

after birth, baby should gain around 500-800g per month..
it is exclusively breast feeding recommended till baby complete six months..
mother milk helps weight gain..
