hello dr since 10:15 days before mu baby suffers cold and cough and now he doing vomiting after every semi solid feed plz suggest something

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. it may be super imposded stomach infection give domstal syrup as prescribed by your doctor Fl give ors sporolac and natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc give plenty of oral fluids give syp zinc as prescribed by your maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water
