hello Dr My yug is 14 months old. He has a very high fever I give him Paracetamol Pediatrics from aristo ultramol.but he is crying a lot so what should I do.

Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. 
But if fever is high grade and persisting  or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic lgike paracetamol or ibuprofen  or mefenamic acid are usuaglly given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . 
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability  dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

If The fever is on the higher side and you can also do Thande Paani Ki Patti which is what is going to be helpful in reducing down the fever gradually over the period so you can go ahead with that as well otherwise you can consult the doctor is the fever does not subside  or keeps increasing
