hello dr my son who is 3 yrs old has developed itchy red dots all over the body. is it because of insect bite or food allergy

A. nothing canbe said without physical examination of the baby. it can be hand foot mouth disease so better to consult with the pediatrician once and get the baby examined properly. take care and all the best the child. keep the baby well hydrated.
