hello dr. my son was having fever from 22 feb and diagnosed typhoid on 28 Feb and medicine started.so he had fever on 1 March and from then he was not having fever till 5 march.from 6 march again he is having High fever.fever goes only for three to four hours after giving peracetamol.he is three years old

A. hi, do give paracetamol, for such recurrent infection, proper management is important, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
