hello dr my son is 4 years 10 months old boy. his present weight is 13.2 kg and height 97.4 . he was born as premiee baby weight was less than 1 kg. i want to ask is he growing fine i gave him all the food and his vital parameters r also doing fine. pls advise what should i do
