Hello dr. my son is 3years 10 months old...wo school se aakr bol rha tha ki usey stomach mei pain ho rhi phir usey thoda fever b ho gya ...phir wo thik ho gya...aisa kyu hua pls tell me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroentehiritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
