Hello dr my son is 17 months old but his weight is 9 kg so what should I give him food for increase his weight and often he is suffering from cold and cough what the reason may I know it

A. baby is having average weight Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week

Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
