Hello, your two babies are below 4 years old and they are not having a cold cough but only a fever so mostly it’s due to dehydration and needs ORS spoon by spoon

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the trime supportive treatment is given. 
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with afntiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
