Hello Dr. My daughter is 18 months old and she has constipation problem and taking medicine for the last 25 days. Zinkovit is being given to her also. She was not sleeping properly for the last 10 days. She has blank mark under her eyes. Kindly suggest me what should I do for this?

A. it is common in this age .Constipation is common in children and to avoid this more of liquid and water along with fibrous green leafy vegetable and fruits should be given . Any laxative should be avoided in babies .
