hello dr. my child is having stomach pain and vomiting since yesterday she is having food infection please let me know the best medicines..

A. If the child us having stomach infection so it’s better to consult your paediatrician avd get the examination done first better srrting the treatment stop giving milk and give boiled water to drink light to digest foods which are well cooked

A. Hello mom you can give domstal syrup can be given to them would be good enough . And should settle down. Give her enough fluids to keep him hydrated and also soft consistency mild flavoured foods for.now
