hello dr. My baby weight during birth was 2.4kg now she completed 4 month but her weight was 4.5 kg only how can I do to increase her weight ?

A. dear mum baby weight gain is fine baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
