hello Dr..my baby is two mnth old ,evening time me mera breast milk supply km ho jata h. mere bcha ko evening time me baht bhukh lgti h wt i do plz suggest me,,,I doesn't want to use formula milk for my baby ...

A. aap milk increase ke liye lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or shavatari powder lijiye.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic jeera oats sabudana ragi dalia.. lejiye.. more you nurse milk will increase..
