my baby is one year old her doctor has given her diet chart in which he told give animal milk total 300ml in which i have to divide in two ratio one in breakfast 150ml and one in night 150ml while sleeping but if inbetween she ask for milk or in the night what shuld i do can i give her more than 300ml and that also milk shuld be pure without water pls help with this

it's fine,,  can give few sips in night time if she demand. Try to encourage your baby to eat more during the daytime. Because more he eats in daytime, lesser hungry will he be at night.

yes now the milk intake should be less one or two serves .
in case baby wants you to give intake..
is the baby finish 150 ml at once..?
you can divide that...
if you are giving cow milk or buffalo milk it should be given diluting for some time
