We are giving her paracetamol p120
And now she is having only two time milk no other food

You Please consult your doctor immediately ore than three days and the fever still hasn’t subsided then it could be due to some viral infection also please take a consultation from your doctor and go ahead with another medicine is a course of antibiotics which will help in healing your child and if your child is having Milk two times in a day that is still having some thing but to please consult your doctor ones

for fever go for calpol and for cold u can go with choriminic syrup.
