Hello Dr. My baby is 6 months old and he is suffering from some roughy-wrinkly type skin issues on his shoulder area, upper chest and arms. And he also has lots of red-red dots on his arms, back, thighs and hips. Please suggest me what should I do?

A. apply coconut oil on the skin bhfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
