Hello dr. My baby is 50 days old & He used to lot of gas in his stomach and passing fart alot. I am using Nan pro powder and also mother breastfeeding. why he is doing lot of fart and passing the gas with lot of smell? kindly suggest is it gastric problem or is it ok for the baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy.
Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel
Give Colicaid drops if crying is excessive.
also One way to help your baby in this situation is to switch between breasts
