hello dr.my baby is 4.6 yrs old and is having dry cough ,it increases when he lays down or sleeps what to do

A. hello give him warm water frequently to sip and give medicine as prescribed by your doctor and soon the child will be ok and any concern then it s better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
