hello Dr my baby is 3 yrs old now on 5/1/23. 3 to 4 days have seen red rashes on her body. is any allergy or any problem Pl suggest any solution

Could be due to allergy could be due to heat or extensive sweat into the body so these things can be seen with kids I cannot be sure what could be the reason that you have to figure out yourself or by consulting the doctor but right now you can certainly use calamine lotion on the entire body of the child
