hello Dr my baby is 3 month 27 days old my delivery is by c section n now I m getting too much back pain at night time and early morning.. m not comfortable to sit also.... our Dr given meftagesic but when I take this tab that day only pain relief..... plz suggest me tabs on this to relief from back pain

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, post c section back pain is commonly seen. correct your sitting, sleeping posture, take adequate fluids, continue with ur calcium supplement, do rub volini gel on back n do hot fomentation
