hello Dr my baby is 24 days old and he is having a cough and cold, when i am feeding milk to him he continued crying and discomfort feeling and too much having gas problems please answer

A. That is happening due to nasal congestion so put saline nasal drops before feeding the baby and take care his nose is not pressed against breast while feeding abd keep head little elevated while feeding
