hello dr my baby is 2.3 year old nd he has two white hair on his head. what should I do nd why it's happening plz help me.

A. A deficiency in vitamin B12 can be causing white or gray hair in the children. Check with ur pediatrician and see if u can give any fortified cereals or multivitamin supplement. Ad the baby is above one year old u can give meat, fish, eggs and animal milk which contains Vitamin B12.
