hello Dr. my baby have stomach pain, can you pls suggest medicine.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronuic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctojr for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

Curd is usually the first recommended food when kids suffer from diarrhoea because of its digestive issues fighting nature and its mildness on the stomach. Curd contains tryptophan, the element that is broken down by the brain to secrete sleep-inducing melatonin.
