A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then youx have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it cand be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. Sometimes these patches could be due to dryness in the skin but sometimes could be due to deficiency of calcium and also skin related problem so I’m going to advise you to kindly get it checked with your doctor and start with the necessary treatment associated
