You should feed him all types of foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, chicken and fish curry with rice, etc. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids and 550-650 ml milk everyday.
