Avoud junk foods. my kid is 4 and i am giving everything to my child whatever we eat but junk foods ocassionally not everyday and even i am giving them everything from the day they able to eat everything dnt be so possisive let dem freely enjoy whatever dey want to eat just be careful about junk foods or unhealthy food dat it should be occassionally nd in small amount
