hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your baby skin with coconut oil on daily basis and also after oiling please apply Aleoveera gel and if it stay for more than a week then evaluate once with doctor in person.

if there is any red rashes or white spots present it may be due to following reasons:White spots could be because of some fungal infection or  some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin .it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation of skin is very important . you can use a good quality cream like seba med or atogla.
Red colour rash over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is lthere along with fever .
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with antiallergic medications.
