many times baby show these kinds of tantrums bcz they cannot express themselves, my baby shows similar tantrums when she is hungry,you can try to calm down ur baby any feed something

hello kid being small this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better qnd also safe too as the baby is small
