hello dr meri beti 1 saal ki hai vo raat ko baar baar uthti hai iske liye mujhe kya karna hai vo theek se so jaye mein usko light food bhi deti hun raat ko

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. hello dear it is completely normal for baby to wake up have night feeds infact breastfeeding if continued up to two years has lot of health benefits for child . Also Production of breast milk at night time is higher.
the dinner should be wholesome family meal

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello just make sure the child s tummy full and you should also try to include healthy well balance food in the diet and any concern then chk your doctor and also try to setup routine where the child would be able to have a good sleep and nothing to worry about
