Hello ma’am इसके बाद dard जाने में कम से कम एक2 महीने लगते हैं तो आप थोड़ा पेशेन्स  रखें par अगर दर ज़्यादा है और अब Bardaasht नहीं कर पा रहे हैं तो एक बार अपने Dr. को कन्सल्ट  करके कोई painkiller ले लें जिसे आपको आराम पड़े.
par surgery ke बाद aaRam पढ़ने में थोड़ा samay लगता है क्योंकि टांगों में dard रहता है 1-2 महीने तक आप rest karen कोई भी faltu kaam न करे या कोई मज़ाक न उठाए
