same here.... my baby is of 2 yr 10 mnts now. I think children now a days r lazy ... Aap usase baat kate, alag alag chitra, chije dijhaye , aAaEeuu se shuru kare. Just For a speech delay you can consult an ENT doctor 1st they will come to know whether there is a delay or there is some disorder okay so you’ll be sure about that and if it is a delay or something then you can go ahead with speech therapy also but even homoeopathic medicines help so continue with the treatment as well on the other side

Thanks a lot for reply.  I would like to add that I have already consulted with psychologist doctor . Also I am trying to get what is the issues? May be only speech delay.hope so.  he always do good eye contact for a conversation. I will try to get a good homeopathic doctor as per your suggestion.

Which did you go to can you please tell me that did you go to a paediatrician and yes you’re absolutely right it doesn’t seem like that your child is autistic when your child is understanding everything and your child is pointing out and everything as it to name it or something see the basic signs of autism is that a child will not make an eye contact the child will not respond to its name the child be sometimes not follow your instructions will not point out that things when you need something so these things can be related to autism but if your child is making eye contact and then you need not worry about you first consult a child psychologist ones maybe a proper test can reveal you what is the issue it could be just a delayed speech and nothing else so if it is just a delayed speech then you can consult a homeopathic doctor and even if it is 1% autistic disorder is Seen then also you can go for a proper homoeopathic treatment for the same it really works
