hello Dr. I have twin girls of one month. feed baar baar hr half an hour bad deti hu.jaise tummy full na hoti ho. I feel very tired. even full night awake. can I use bottle ya other option plz tell

When mother’s milk is not sufficient for Bibi native of mother’s milk is the formula milk. So yes you can start giving formula milk to your baby. Even formula milk contains all the nutrition’s baby need in regular diet plan but there is no need to give anything else to your baby tell your baby turned six months old
