Hello Dr My girl will be 6 years old in d month of may , recently i have observed her nose gets blocked during night time  , its from past 1 month What could b d reason , how do i stop it and  Though i do not want her to take medicine for long term bt as of now can u suggest any ??

Now it is totally safe to start giving outside me to your baby because during pregnancy you have to consume some medication which will not good for a breastfeeding mother. So you should definitely stop breastfeeding your baby and you can add some flavours in regular milk so it will be easy for your baby to accept it
