Q.

hello Dr. I delivered my baby on 10th nov. my periods is continue and have some clots now and i also I have swear pain in my upper vaginal area and sides . Is this normal or should I consult.

A. Hello dear You might be experimenting after pains where the uterus starts shrinking and it happens in the first 6 weeks of giving birth. If the pain is severe then consult your doctor

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal post delivery due to hormonal changes. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care
