Ma’am that’s very common with Women so try to take a nap during the daytime because you’re already not sleeping well in the night day would cover up and if you are facing more of problem with insomnia then in that case you can consult your gynaecologist once for some medicines to help you with also try to meditate and relax your nerves which will help
