Q.

Hello Dr. I am 7 weeks pregnant but still I have not vomit for once .. Is it fine in pregnancy for not having nausea.Is it is good sign or bad??

A. yes its ok.as not all will gave sane symptoms. you are lucky.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
