Hello dr. I am 36 weeks pregnant, Mujhe raat hote hote ghabrahat hone lagti hai, Mai so nahi pati hu ..Last one month se nose me congestion feel hota hai ,saline spray daalti hu to thoda aaram hota hai, Par usse mentally bahut pareshan rehti hu..jiski wajah se nind ni aati,stress hone lagta hai.Kya ye problem pregnancy k baad thik ho jayegi or nind k liye kya karu pls help

A. see this us anxiety. . try to do mindful meditation. take lors of fluids and trust God. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
