Hello Dr. I am 30 years old mother. I have pigmentation on my face and I am breastfeeding mother. please tell me how to cure pigmentation?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, drinking enough water is the solution for any skin type problem. Just drink lots of water in a day. also consume fresh fruits. Keep your face well moisturized, take good sleep whenever possible.
Also take supplements .
