Hello dr ..does antibiotic is recommended for baby under One year. ..my baby boy has fever 102.8.. I gave dolo 120 ..5ml and the fever is not at all reducing..for the past one day ..

A. Antibiotics are only giving to the child in the case where there is no other option left with the doctors so I think in this case it would be good enough for you to give it to the child if your child is adjusted with any antibiotic along with that I would like to tell you that 5ML I think you are giving too much because five images of medicine for somewhere on 4 to 5 years of age so to clear all your doubts please consult your doctor once againWrite Your Answer Here
