Hello Dr, Can I give tulsi water combined with breast milk or ajwain water combined with breast milk for my 10 months baby as she is suffering from cold and cough I am giving her syrups too, but along with them can I try the above remedies

A. no it's not recommended to give together here there after you can consult with your local doctor and so get proper guidance for this accordingly to clear all your doubts further in proper way and it would be helpful .
